1. Event Attendance

• Tickets are required for entry to Masira events.

• All attendees must present valid proof of purchase at the door.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove individuals from events for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

2. Ticket Sales & Refunds

• All ticket sales are final.

• Refunds will only be issued in the case of official event cancellation.

• If an event is canceled, we will notify ticket holders by email with instructions on how to receive a full refund.

3. Merchandise

• All merchandise sales (tote bags, tees, and other items) are final.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item is defective or damaged.

• Claims for defective or damaged items must be made within 7 days of delivery.

4. Use of Media

• By attending Masira events, you consent to photography and videography that may include your likeness.

• Masira may use this content for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

5. Liability

• Attendance at Masira events is at your own risk.

• Masira is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to personal property occurring at our events.
