Refund Policy

Event Tickets

 

All ticket sales for Masira events are final. We do not issue refunds or returns once a ticket has been purchased.

Refunds will only be offered in the case of official event cancellation. If an event is canceled, ticket holders will be notified by email with instructions on how to receive a full refund.

Merchandise

All merchandise sales (tote bags, tees, and other items) are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective or damaged. In such cases, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
